Bring back the free lunch and turbo charge the hospitality industry

To turbo charge the struggling Hospitality Industry and the 500,000 people that work in it (or use to) I suggest the Federal Government look at repealing the FBT / tax deductibility arrangements around legitimate business entertainment expenses. This would allow business's across Australia to claim a tax deduction for a legitimate(for food but not alcohol) business lunch/dinner.

Why is this important?

Wouldn't it be better to support the industry through stimulating work and small business activity than handing out financial support to hospitality workers who have lost their jobs ?
