Implement all 55 recommendations from the Respect@Work report in full.
Why is this important?
It is time to make changes to improve Australia in regard to sexual harassment. We have paid for an inquiry that has recommended a new approach for government, employers and the community to improve our response and prevent sexual harassment. This report was tabled in parliament in March last year. After over a year the government has agreed or noted all the recommendations but will implement only some. This falls short of the legislative changes needed. We call on the government to implement all 55 recommendations from the Respect@Work report.
