NO SHORT-TERM LETS NEXT TO OUR HOMES - WE WANT NEIGHBOURS NOT STRANGERS
A State Government Report recommends an end to our rights to safe, stable affordable housing. The Report wants:
1. Short-Term Lets by Expedia/Stayz/Airbnb etc to be allowed in all NSW homes as Exempt and Complying Development.
2. Short-Term Lets - minimum 30-minute bookings - to be considered acceptble in all homes, circumventing Federal Building Code, National Disability Access legislation and Residential Tenancy Legislation.

A State Government document claims that in 2014, NSW/ACT had lost 216,000 homes to holiday letting.
