RELEASE Australia's withheld water supplies NOW

Attention Prime Minister Scott Morrison,

In light of the current catastrophic bushfire situation, We The People of Australia and our international supporters demand that ALL Australian High Security Water Licences to big business and corporate interests be IMMEDIATELY revoked and that ALL withheld waters be released.

Section 100 of the Australian Constitution states 'The Commonwealth shall not, by any law or regulation of trade or commerce, abridge the right of a State or of the residents therein to the reasonable use of the waters of rivers for conservation or irrigation. '

Therefore we demand that ALL Flood Plain Harvested waters in ALL states of Australia also be IMMEDIATELY released and that Flood Plain Harvesting be made illegal nationally.

We demand that the released waters be responsibly managed to flow downstream to supply our drought stricken and bushfire ravaged lands and communities and to re-establish Australia's inland water based eco-systems.

We also demand that all forms of Water Trading be deemed illegal.

We demand that the Australian government legislate to protect our precious Australian water supply from future profiteering by permanently banning ALL environmentally destructive, high water use industries, including fracking and the proposed Adani coal mine.

OUR COUNTRY IS ON FIRE AND OUR WATER IS NOT FOR SALE!

We further demand a Federal Royal Commission into the gross mis-management of the Murray Darling system.

We demand full transparency into how the sale of Australia's water supply came to pass without the consent of the Australian people.

We demand that all politicians, public servants and businesses involved in the sale of Australia's water supply be held accountable and charged with crimes against humanity and crimes against the environment.
